MindSpark'11 - Pune's Biggest Technical Festival

Technical Championship

The Championship is the ultimate battle between the greatest technology titans for the crown of the MindSpark Technical Champion. The Championship is the real platform for the colleges to showcase their technical knowledge and be a Overall Champion of MindSpark.

The championship is conducted between colleges with each participant of the college represents the college itself. It is conducted in two rounds. Here, colleges must act as a single, united entity to showcase their prowess in the fields of science and technology.

In the first round, a college is given points according to how many teams from the college participate, qualify and win in the events at MindSpark. The point system is as:

The points each college scores in every event is added up. The aggregate scores of the top 7 colleges will be displayed in key locations in the college campus for all the three days of MindSpark. At the end of the three days, top 5 colleges qualify for the Grand Finale of the Championship.

The college which has the highest amount of participation is given the distinction of being the Most Enthusiastic College.

The team which, by its technical excellence and strong teamwork, wins the second round of the Championship will be declared MindSpark Technical Champion for the year 2011-12.
